Shibari sessions · Adults 18+ · Available throughout the Netherlands

Shibari photography, planned with care.

Connection, form, and deliberate composition become one shared visual story. The session is planned around the participant's comfort and the agreed creative limits, with time to establish communication before the camera is used.

This page contains no mature images. The portfolio link opens the existing 18+ acknowledgement flow, and viewing that collection is not consent to publish a future session.

A considered start

Adult-oriented visual storytelling around connection, form, and deliberate composition.

Shibari photography is adult-oriented and consent-led. Any rope practice, roles, limits, and visual boundaries must be agreed in advance with the people involved; photography never replaces qualified instruction or safety practice.

01 / Preparation and communication

The conversation comes before the composition.

The inquiry makes room for the people involved, their roles, references, rope practice already arranged, location, privacy, image use, timing, and creative limits. We establish what is known and what still needs a conversation before agreeing what the session can be.

  • The participants, rope partner, and agreed roles
  • References, composition, timing, location, and who will be present
  • Rope practice already arranged, with photography kept separate from instruction
  • Privacy, image use, anonymity, and the creative limits that matter to you

Photography is not shibari instruction. Any rope practice remains the responsibility of the people involved, and the camera follows the boundaries they have agreed.

02 / Consent and boundaries

Consent is specific, informed, ongoing, and changeable. Anyone involved can ask for a pause, a different direction, a break, or a stop without needing to justify it.

Negotiate the space

Roles, touch, direction, exposure, rope-related limits, who is present, and privacy are discussed before the session and can be revisited as it develops.

Keep communication open

Check-ins make room to adjust the direction as the session develops. Anyone involved can change or withdraw consent; the photograph is never more important than that choice.

Consent stays active

A yes is specific, informed, and allowed to change. You can pause or stop without needing to justify it.

Boundaries are discussed

We talk about limits before and during the session, including touch, direction, wardrobe, exposure, and who is present.

03 / Collaborative direction

The people in the frame remain active collaborators.

The participant

The participant brings their comfort, ideas, boundaries, and perspective. Their voice remains part of the creative direction throughout.

The rope partner

The rope partner brings the practice and sets the boundaries that belong to it. The photographer listens to those boundaries and does not direct or teach rope work for a photograph.

The photographer

The photographer can suggest composition, movement, or timing while staying responsive to the boundaries and creative direction the group has set.

04 / Privacy and image use

Private delivery and public sharing are different decisions.

Agree who can see the work

Access, identifying details, anonymity, storage, and delivery expectations are discussed for the people involved. Private work stays private unless agreed otherwise.

Portfolio publication is separate

Any portfolio publication or other sharing is an explicit conversation, not an assumption. Viewing the existing adult collection does not grant permission for a future session.

Privacy is explicit

Where images may go, who can see them, and what remains private are agreed clearly rather than assumed.

The work is collaborative

People are not props. The process is inclusive, respectful, and shaped with you rather than imposed on you.

05 / What to expect

From first conversation to considered delivery.

01

Conversation

We talk through the idea, the feeling you want to keep, the practical details, and any questions before a camera enters the room.

02

Planning and boundaries

We agree the direction, expectations, privacy, image use, and boundaries. Consent is ongoing, and you can pause or stop at any point.

03

Session and check-ins

The session stays collaborative, with clear guidance and regular check-ins so the work can respond to how you are actually feeling.

04

Editing and delivery

Images are edited with intention and delivered in the format we agreed. Any sharing beyond that agreement is a separate conversation.

throughout the Netherlands

Shibari photography is available throughout the Netherlands. Timing depends on the people involved, the location, the agreed creative direction, and the space needed for conversation and image-making. Share a preferred date or flexible window in the inquiry so the practical plan can be discussed honestly.
