Inquiry details
A submitted inquiry records the name, reply email, project details, consent choices, and message needed for the photographer to respond. An inquiry is not a booking and does not grant image-use permission.
Separate consent
Storage consent is separate from adult-message consent, session consent, and image-use consent. Adult work is discussed only with confirmed adults aged 18 or older.
Storage and tracking
The site uses essential storage for language preference, privacy preferences, and the short-lived 18+ acknowledgement. Marketing trackers and analytics are absent from the AI assistant. Assistant chat transcripts are stored only after the separate storage consent and are scheduled for deletion after the current proposed retention period of 30 days. Inquiry details remain in the owner inquiry workspace for reply and follow-up.
AI assistant and processors
The optional AI assistant sends the conversation needed to answer a question to the Polsia AI proxy. When you send an inquiry, the submitted brief is recorded in the owner workspace; email delivery uses the Polsia email proxy. The assistant does not request ID numbers, payment details, passwords, or health information. The 30-day transcript period is a proposed operational setting and should be replaced if the photographer adopts a different retention policy.
