How does a photography session work?

We start with your idea, practical details and anything you need to feel comfortable. Before the session, we discuss direction, expectations, boundaries, privacy, image use and delivery. During the session, the work stays collaborative, with guidance when it helps and regular check-ins. Editing and delivery follow the project agreement.

What should I prepare, and do I need experience?

Accepted Answer

Bring an idea, a reference, a few wardrobe options or practical questions. You do not need model experience and you do not need every detail decided. We discuss preparation, clothing, location and how much direction feels useful before the session.

Where can the photographer travel?

Accepted Answer

Photography is available throughout the Netherlands, with Purmerend as the base. An additional travel fee applies to locations more than 20 km from Purmerend. The location and practical travel arrangements are discussed for each inquiry.

How are boundaries handled before and during a session?

Accepted Answer

We discuss boundaries before the session and check in during it. Direction, touch, clothing, exposure and who is present can be agreed specifically. You can pause, change direction or stop at any time.

Can consent change during a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Consent is specific, ongoing and changeable. A previous conversation or agreement does not stop you from asking to pause, change something or stop during the session.

How are privacy and image access agreed?

Accepted Answer

For each project, we discuss who may see the images, what access is needed, recognisability, storage and what remains private. Portfolio or social sharing is not automatic and requires a separate agreement.

How are image use, delivery and future sharing handled?

Accepted Answer

Image use, consent, audience, delivery and any later sharing are agreed for each project. No fixed turnaround or image count is promised without a confirmed scope. A later new use is a separate question and is never assumed.

Question 8

What should I know about adult-only intimate sessions?

Accepted Answer

Boudoir, shibari, art nude and private creator content are for adults aged 18 and over when a project takes that direction. Comfort, limits, exposure, privacy and intended use are agreed beforehand. Photography does not replace qualified shibari instruction or safety practice.

How do I start an inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Use the inquiry form or the AI assistant to ask a question or describe an idea. Share as much or as little as you know. An inquiry starts a conversation rather than a booking; the photographer confirms final details personally.
